O quarto estava com as roupas de cama sujas, pedimos ao funcionário um novo cobertor o mesmo reportou que não tinha disponível. O banheiro estava terrivelmente sujo, o quarto tinha mofo em diversos pontos, as paredes estavam sujas. O hotel tem cara de abandonado ou que vai quebrar a qualquer momento. O frigobar não tinha nenhum item, tinha que ir até a recepção todos os dias buscar água pois não era reposto. O café da manhã estava Ok, não tinha nada fora do comum sendo oferecido. A piscina estava Ok e limpa, a academia é pequena e abandonada e não tem um banheiro próximo dela. A localização do hotel é boa, a estrutura/serviços poderiam ser muito melhores.

A localização do hotel não é conforme está aqui no app do Hotels, quarto limpo, contudo o piso do quarto é com um aspecto de molhado a todo momento devido o produto utilizado na limpeza. Café da manhã intermediário, pode ser melhor, infraestrutura externa do hotel é bacana, estão cobrando 25 reais/dia para o estacionamento que é ao ar livre, isso mesmo, o carro fica levando sol e chuva por 25/dia.
Área externa é ampla, piscina é muito boa! Tem acesso direto para a praia.

A equipe do hotel foi ótimo com a gente, sempre servicias e também muito atentos a nossas necesidades. A cozinheira foi muito ótima com a gente frente a necessidade de preparar refeições para a nosso pet. O quarto é bom. Somente precisaria de ter uma cadeira a mais. A única coisa ruim foi a conectividade da internet, nao foi muito ótima, se cortava bastante tanto para internet comum como para a televisão normal. Os canais ficavam "gelados". Mas o resto tudo de bom.
