Precisa melhorar muita coisa

Encontrei rato no lixo deixado pelos hóspedes na entrada do hotel, baratas e insetos nas escadas, e hóspedes crianças jogando bola no andar, deveria desativar a cozinha do térreo,.porque tanto hóspedes como funcionários do restaurante arma ficam fazendo comida e.deixando a porta de acesso aos quartos aberta.😞😞😞😞😞

o Liiv é uma excelente proposta. A localização perfeita com quartos que tem vista para o mar. Internet excelente, quarto grande e banheiro bom com água quente. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. Algumas coisas não gostei: 1- a limpeza dos quartos só é feita após 07 dias de diárias; 2- na descrição do quarto, consta que havia chaleira elétrica e não tinha quando cheguei; 3- Não tem guarda-roupa nem armário para colocar roupas.

Tive problema inicialmente com o colchão do primeiro quarto, no entanto o suporte deles via WhatsApp é 24h e me atenderam. Não resolveram o problema na madrugada por não ter ninguém no local, no entanto no dia seguinte trocaram de quarto.

Flat ótimo, excelente localização. O ponto negativo são os quartos próximos a entrada, pois tem uma cozinha compartilhada que fazem barulho a noite inteira.

Hotel maravilhoso!

Localização excelente, quarto muito limpo e espaçoso! O modelo de hotel (sem recepção) funciona muito bem, os concierges respondem na hora pelo whatsapp. Na minha opinião para ficar perfeito só faltou um sabonete líquido no banheiro senti falta, e a opção de ter uma coberta no quarto.

No geral, gostamos e voltaríamos.

No geral gostamos muito do liiv mar, quarto muito limpo, sem sinais de desgaste pelo tempo, tudo bem conservado. A única resalva foi o fórmulario pra check-in, que nao conseguimos preencher, no final dava erro e tinhamos que preencher tudo novamente. Falamos com o atendimento via WhatsApp e conseguimos resolver. Outra coisa que nao gostamos, foi o barulho do rooftop no período da noite, que encoava em todos os andares. Som altíssimo. Outra coisa que gostamos, eles disponibilizam uma maquina de lavar roupa sem custos, precisa apenas colocar os produtos de lavagem.

Estava com medo de me hospedar em um local onde não teria acesso a funcionários Porém super funcionou , me senti segura, hotel de fácil acesso , minha única reclamação deixaram dois rolos de papel higiênico p 4 dias de hospedagem, poderiam ter deixado pelo menos um rolo fechado de 4 Fora isso tudo funcionou super bem,tv, ar condicionado Solicitei secador de cabelo e me falaram q estava indisponível Achei difícil tb a comunicação antes da hospedagem , sempre com resposta automática

A Pior Combinação: Hotel com Discoteca/Bar

O mais notável nesse hotel é que não existe recepção, todo o contato é remoto feito pelo whatsapp e só poucas horas antes do check-in fornecem as senhas para entrar. Não é apenas nisso que a falta de uma recepção pode ser problemática: coisas triviais como deixar a bagagem antes do check-in ou depois do check-out, caso precise trocar a pilha de algum controle, entrega de pedidos – dá muito problema -, relatar problemas com a internet - resetar o modem quando a internet “cai”. Você recebe 2 senhas: uma que serve de abertura dos 2 portões e outra para ter acesso aos quartos (que são abertos por uma chave comum). O que acontecerá se você perder, esquecer ou o celular descarregar e você ficar sem a senha? Até entendo a proposta do empreendimento, mas é muito arriscado para o hóspede e, óbvio, não é pra qualquer um. Deixar para o próprio hóspede, digamos, “se policiar” acaba sendo muito perigoso. Exemplos: barulho até tarde nas áreas comuns e não existe nenhum funcionário, revestido de certa autoridade, para colocar ordem. Isso faz falta. Eu já me hospedei várias vezes nos hotéis da rede e a cada vez você tem que preencher uma ficha e tirar fotos de documentos e selfies e confesso que isso é muito aborrecido... e perigoso – sou obrigado a manter esses arquivos e pior eles também os arquivos que são necessários para qualquer marginal abrir uma conta digital em seu nome.
