A localização é razoável. A estrutura é boa. O quarto é limpo e de tamanho acima do normal, com espaço para abrir as malas confortavelmente. O banheiro é bom porém estava com um pequeno vazamento no chuveirinho. Não há estacionamento. A tv é pequena. As camas são simplesmente horrorosas. Um pedaço de madeira duro e sem conforto. A cama auxiliar para a terceira pessoa, que fica em baixo da cama principal consegue ser mais dura ainda e super barulhenta. O que era pra ser seu descanso e conforto é seu pesadelo

Não foi informado que o hotel simplesmente não tem ninguém para lhe orientar a respeito do CHEK-IN. Não existe recepção e nem pessoas do hotel para lhe orientar o manuseio do aplicativo e como lesar com o WhatsApp, fomos orientados pelos próprios hospedes e pessoas(humanos graças a Deus) da lanchonete. Não quero mais este tipo de serviço. Foi uma viagem a trabalho e não de turismo, tive que estar em Natal de última hora e fiquei muito chateado e decepcionado com o que eu encontrei.

Foi adequada, fica proximo aos pontos principais de Natal sobretudo a praia, porém senti falta de um suporte via WhatsApp. Perguntei sobre estacionamento e nunca me responderam, tivemos que descobrir às cegas mesmo. Quarto bonito, travesseiros medianos fininhos, cozinha estava bagunçada devido a outros hospedes mesmo tendo vários avisos sobre limpeza etc.

Observação na segurança!

Ambiente acolhedor e bem equipado. A cozinha coletiva é completa e dispõe também de café, açúcar e sal para quem deseje preparar sua própria alimentação. Achei inseguro o fato de todas as unidades terem a mesma senha de acesso comum. Principalmente em não ser alterada a cada nova hospedagem. Eu já me hospedei em outras unidades. Ontem fui surpreendida tarde da noite com uma família tentando abrir a minha acomodação. Ela também alugou o apto 210, mas errou de unidade. O fato da senha comum permitiu que eles entrassem no prédio errado. Tentaram retirar a chave, bateram na porta, nos acordando e gerando desconforto e insegurança. Fiquei imaginando o qual vulnerável é se um antigo hóspede de má índole resolver entrar e fazer alguma maldade. Ele Terá total acesso porque a senha de acesso permanece.
