My stay was excellent: the service, the breakfast was delicious with many options of breads, cakes, fruits, etc. It was very impressive. The clean room was very good. I would like to register that the air conditioner in the fitness center was not working and the TV had signals issues.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Hotel muito bom, quarto e ambientes muito limpos, bem cuidados, a equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. A área da piscina estava muito tranquila, hóspedes educados, sem gritaria, sem músicas altas. O restaurante Navarro tem muits opções no cardápio, as que eu experimentei estavam ótimas, pratos elaborados e saborosos. Optamos em comer a ceia do dia 31/12/25 e gostamos muito, gostamos também que a taxa de rolha para espumantes e vinhos não estavam sendo cobradas. Eu tenho intolerância ao glutém e consegui várias opções para comer. Com certeza voltaremos à Natal e vamos nos hospedar novamente no hotel.
