My stay was excellent: the service, the breakfast was delicious with many options of breads, cakes, fruits, etc. It was very impressive. The clean room was very good. I would like to register that the air conditioner in the fitness center was not working and the TV had signals issues.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Equipe de funcionários foi bem cordial e o restaurante era de boa qualidade. Porém, a conservação dos quartos ficou muito a desejar: no 1o quarto, a TV a cabo não funcionava, havia papel de parede descolando, e internet no quarto não operava. Para fechar com chave-de-ouro, após alguns dias apareceram 2 baratas e o hotel não dispunha de inseticida. Como os funcionários não conseguiram localizá-las, nos acomodaram em outro quarto, no andar superior. Este 2o quarto, estava com o AC sem as aletas de difusão do ar, a porta do box não fechava plenamente, a janela da varanda estava emperrada e porta do banheiro não fechava. Neste caso, pedi para fazerem a manutenção mas disseram que teríamos que aguardar alguns dias pois a equipe do hotel não poderia mexer na fechadura para não perder a garantia do fornecedor. No segundo dia, formigas invadiram o quarto. Ainda bem que tinhamos comprado inseticida e resolvemos o problema. A área do salão de jogos estava interditada e parecia um depósito de restos de materiais de construção. O elevador não funcionava pois estava em manutenção. Na saída, pedimos um late check-out de 1 hora, e a gerente de hospedagem Leticia negou, alegando que o hotel estava cheio, o que na realidade não aparentava tal ocupação. Certamente ela não acompanhou todos os transtornos que tivemos na hospedagem... Em resumo, péssima infra-estrutura, pior gestão. Definitivamente, não recomendo este hotel em Natal.
