Hotel com estrutura muito boa, funcionários atensiosos. Mas o recurso disponibilizado aos funcionários fica a desejar. A limpeza deixa a desejar muito. Tive problema com as toalhas. Estavam escuras, com cheiro de mofo e o pior. Tinha sangue nelas. Fiquei no quarto 236. Outro ponto a ser questionado é sobre o barulho nos corredores que os funcionários fazem. O Rádio deles, colocam no volume alto e atrapalha quem está descansando. Não consegui dormir, pois bem do lado do meu quarto era uma dispensa de equipamentos das camareiras, ficavam conversando no corredor e o som do rádio nas alturas.

Foi prometido na minha reserva que haveria um microondas e cafeteria no quarto, nenhum desses itens estavam disponíveis. Entrei em contato com o dono do apartamento e me falou que iria resolver, não resolveu e não respondeu minhas mensagens. O chuveiro é péssimo, o box do banheiro não fecha direito.

Muito bom

O Hotel é muito bom, sua estrutura é bela e confortável. A área da pscina e bar também é ótima. Há uma porta que te leva direto para a praia, que funciona das 08:00 às 21:00. Sobre os funcionários não há do que reclamar, desde a recepcionista até os trabalhadores de serviços gerais são educados e cumprem bem seu papel. A única coisa que não agradou muito foi a academia, pois é muito quente, não é um ambiente apropriado para treinar.
