Hotel precisa de reforma urgente

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bello Mare não correspondeu às expectativas criadas pelas fotos e descrições no site. A estrutura do hotel está visivelmente desgastada, com falta de manutenção em áreas comuns e nos quartos. Os ambientes aparentam estar antigos e pouco cuidados, o que compromete o conforto e a sensação de acolhimento. A impressão geral é de que o hotel já teve melhores dias, mas atualmente não entrega o padrão que anuncia. Pontos positivos como localização e cordialidade da equipe existem, mas não são suficientes para compensar o estado geral da estrutura. Não voltaria a me hospedar nem recomendaria, a menos que passem por uma renovação significativa.

Depois que já tinha feito a reserva, vi alguns comentários muito negativos, mas me surpreendeu positivamente, pois foi muito bom. O quarto que ficamos é muito confortável e aconchegante, a equipe do hotel muito simpática e prestativa, tudo muito limpo e organizado, não tivemos dificuldade com lençóis, como alguns comentários disseram, e a piscina boa também. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, com várias opções de restaurantes, bares, farmácia, mercados etc. O café da manhã é bem variado e abastecido. Em fim, meu marido e eu gostamos muito da estadia e pretendemos voltar.

Péssimo! Ainda bem que a gente fica pouco no hotel. Sujo, cheio de infiltração, o chuveiro não esquenta, tomamos banho frio. Solicitamos troca de quarto, concerto do chuveiro, não fomos atendidos. Outra coisa... Não tem garagem. Eles relatam que tem, mas são apenas 12 vagas. Só fiquei sabendo na hora. Saímos a noite e na volta ficamos rodando para achar um lugar. Várias pessoas reclamando das mesmas coisas. Acho que este estabelecimento deveria ser interditado.

Caos completo.

Foi um caos total! A única coisa que é boa nessa hospedagem, pois não dá para chamar de hotel e nem pousada, foram os funcionários, principalmente três, Cristina, Matheus e o Sr Emílio, também o pessoal da manutenção, pois trabalham dobrado. As TVs tem um imagem horrível, posso falar sobre isso pois tive que sair procurando um apartamento para ficar, os ar condicionados também com problemas, enquanto estava fazendo uma solicitação para mudar de apartamento e chegaram outros hóspedes fazendo a mesma reclamação. Quanto a limpeza, muito sujo, o banheiro cheio de areia, mesmo depois de solicitar arrumação do apartamento. Com relação ao café da manhã, é razoável, porém, o teto no dia de muita chuva, parecia que ia desmoronar, pois chovia muito dentro, foi muita água. Sinceramente, esse hotel deveria ser interditado para uma boa reforma. Se você gosta de um mínimo de conforto em um apartamento, não vale o valor cobrado pela diária, sem contar que o estacionamento ainda é pago, outra coisa, não existe comunicação do hotel com o estacionamento, mesmo ficando no subsolo e nas instalações do hotel.
