Sobre a minha estadia, gostaria de agradecer especialmente ao time da recepção, em especial ao Marcello, que foi extremamente prestativo e gentil durante todo o período em que estive no hotel. As instalações precisam de bastante manutenção: banheiro com aspecto de velho, cerâmicas manchadas e quebradas, lixeiro sem tampa, pia vazando, sem suporte de sabonete. Café da manhã razoável. Mas, o ideal era variar mais as opções de proteína, tapiocas pré prontas e frias, apenas 1 sanduicheira para todo restaurante. As piscinas são boas, mas sujas e com muitas pedras quebradas podendo causar acidentes.

A experiência de uma noite não foi tão boa quanto imaginava, quarto velho, cheiro estranho, o banheiro parecia um banheiro de hospital, a parte boa foi que passei a noite rindo disso , mas pelo valor não compensa, me colocaram no quarto perto da piscina, tenso, a porta demorava um tempo pra poder abrir, enfim, não sei os outros quartos, o meu num tava muito bom não.

Tv só canais locais, problema de vazamento nas encanações, água do banho fria não pega água quente. Garagem alem de pagar por fora a estadia a garagem.suja com metralhas. O quarto que fiquei não tinha telefone p falar com a recepção e o teto muito baixo dava a sensação de estar numa caixa trancada, aperto não sei explicar. Não tirei foto no quarto muito feio, dá vergonha.

Começando que o estacionamento é pago mesmo você se hospedando no hotel (R$20,00 reais a diária do estacionamento) as manutenções do ar condicionado são feitas no quarto independente de horário, tivemos que esperar na recepção uma hora até manutenção terminar (tínhamos acabado de voltar da piscina e não podíamos ficar no quarto) camareiras despreparadas entraram no quarto e estávamos dormindo e quando vimos ela já estava dentro do quarto pedindo desculpas, tomamos um susto que ficamos com dor de cabeça, fora o barulho que o hóspedes fazem no corredor, enfim não voltaria e não indicaria esse hotel pra ninguém!

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bello Mare não correspondeu às expectativas criadas pelas fotos e descrições no site. A estrutura do hotel está visivelmente desgastada, com falta de manutenção em áreas comuns e nos quartos. Os ambientes aparentam estar antigos e pouco cuidados, o que compromete o conforto e a sensação de acolhimento. A impressão geral é de que o hotel já teve melhores dias, mas atualmente não entrega o padrão que anuncia. Pontos positivos como localização e cordialidade da equipe existem, mas não são suficientes para compensar o estado geral da estrutura. Não voltaria a me hospedar nem recomendaria, a menos que passem por uma renovação significativa.
