It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Minha experiência foi ótima, com os funcionários Alana e Igor, e outro senhor que foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre educados nas nossas solicitações, na verdade, tidos da recepção e limpeza. Sobre o café da manhã, senti falta de variedades e suco da fruta, mas os funcionários dobrestaurante nos atenderam sempre muito bem, quanto ao quarto foi o que me deixou mais chateada, pois o chuveiro não esquentava, não tinham tomadas para acessorar as pessoas, televisão muito antiga que ficou sem funcionar e luz fraca, caso precisasse ilutilizar computador não conseguiria, sobre a área externa, adorei, piscina, vista e limpeza. Outro ponto legal foram as fotografias que deixaram registrado a beleza da praia de ponta negra, a localização também foi muito favoravel.

Foi uma experiência muito boa! Natal é incrível, porém alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar. No nosso quarto a limpeza estava ok, mas a cama foi um problema, eram dois colchões de solteiro juntos. Imagina como foi ao longo de 8 dias. A equipe de funcionários maravilhosos, da recepção até o café, porém o lugar onde se armazenava o café horrível, eu sou um pouco nojenta pra isso! Mas a localização é muito boa! Tivemos dias que vão ficar na memória pra sempre!

Você pode usar uma versão mais clara, firme e profissional da reclamação: Primeiramente, realizamos a reserva de um quarto com cama de casal, porém ao chegarmos fomos surpreendidos com duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que tornou a experiência extremamente desconfortável para dormir. Além disso, as portas do quarto apresentam grande dificuldade para abrir, sendo necessário insistir várias vezes até conseguir acesso. Em alguns momentos, apenas “com sorte” a porta abre de primeira. Outro ponto negativo é que o quarto não disponibiliza cobertas. Caso o hóspede precise, é necessário solicitar na recepção e posteriormente devolver pessoalmente, pois o serviço de quarto não realiza a retirada, o que gera bastante inconveniência. Por fim, a música extremamente alta na área da piscina acontece diariamente e vai até horários que atrapalham o descanso dos hóspedes, tornando difícil dormir e descansar adequadamente. Infelizmente, a estadia ficou muito abaixo do esperado pela falta de conforto, organização e atenção à experiência do hóspede.
