Não fornecem talher caso precisem e cobram por um de plástico. Wifi só funcionava muito mal no banheiro, fiz a reclamação e disseram que iam abrir um chamado com o provedor de Internet que até o final da estadia não havia sido resolvido. Café da manhã muito básico (eles deixam usar os talheres). Muito barulho nos corredores e se puder dê preferência pra ficar no andar de cima, pois vc escuta ate a "respiração" de outros hóspedes. Enfim, pela tarifa e proximidade da praia, hotel é razoável.

Chuveiro péssimo ou é gelado ou fervendo. Você sai, quando volta o banheiro esta alagado, mesmo fechando o chuveririnho do vaso, não sei de onde vem essa água. Café da manhã ruim, pouca variedade e os que tem são velhos, porque vão aproveitando. Todos os dias as mesmas coisas. O quarto não tem edredon , se vc pede, eles te cobram R$3,00. Não é pelo dinheiro, mas sim a cobrança pelo básico. Isso aconteceu tbm com 2 travesseiros extras, R$3,00 cada. Eu que tenho problema de coluna, preciso de 2. A única coisa que salva é o atendimento das meninas da cozinha , ela são simpaticas e prestativas. De resto, não fico mais hospedada e não indico de forma alguma.

Apesar dos valores de reserva que consegui serem muito bons, o quarto que fiquei precisa de um pouco de atenção. Ar condicionado que gela mas não funciona perfeitamente em matéria de automação, chuveiro com ducha quente e frio, mas que a via fria é muito fraca. Forçando a um banho com pouquíssima água quando fazemos a mistura, enfim. Pequenos detalhes que tornariam a hospedagem mais agradável, além de já nos sentirmos bem pelo custo benefício.

A equipe está sempre pronta a atender, o café da manhã com bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho, Piscina limpa assim como as dependências do hotel. Creio que a única coisa que deixaram a desejar, e que na minha opinião é imprescindível, foi a limpeza do banheiro. Entendo que a rotatividade de hóspedes é grande, mas a higiene do banheiro faz toda diferença na avaliação de um lugar. O banheiro não tinha um cheiro bom e havia muito limo (devido a passar somente por limpeza superficial) o que tornava o momento do banho bem desagradável. Uma boa água sanitária em todo o box resolveria a questão. No mais, valeu a experiência. Fiquei no quarto 107

O hotel está bem localizado, pertinho da praia, Os funcionários tem um excelente atendimento, a recepcionista Amanda que tivemos o contato inicial, nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem. Porém acho que falta administração no Hotel, o chuveiro do nosso quarto não tinha água quente além disso água do chuveiro era muito fraca difícil de tomar banho. Idoso não pode hospedar no hotel, pois a rampa que poderia facilitar a acessibilidade fica interditada, o funcionário da recepção tem que sair do local para abrir a corrente do estacionamento, pois não tem outro para fazer, o café da manhã é bem simples para o preço da diária do hotel. Então na minha opinião a administração do hotel não tem muita preocupação em corrigir as falhas, com isso está deixando de hospedar mais hospedes e consequentemente ganhar mais dinheiro.
