The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. Luckily the great staff noticed our worry about being sent there, and gave us a free upgrade. They say you can walk to the shopping mall, but that is not the case. It is not a very safe place to walk around, especially if you are a woman. Including the reception mentioned to us that it would be best if we took a taxi/uber. Good breakfast, clean but tired rooms.

Quarto 408. Air condicionado com as aletas quebradas o que dirigia o fluxo de ar diretamente para a cama dificultando a noite de sono. Muito próximo à cozinha com funcionários fazendo muito barulho na parte da manhã. O hotel é antigo e necessita de reparos e modernização. Ótimo café da manhã e funcionários bastante gentis.

Pelo valor da diária é um hotel recomendável para poucos dias, café da manhã variado e equipe profissional e empática. Ponto negativo é que existe dois complexos do hotel, e um deles existe alguns quartos como o que eu fiquei por algumas horas (96) que não tem janela, escuro, abafado e com algumas paredes mofadas. Pedi a troca e assim me colocaram no mesmo complexo Apt (308) totalmente diferente, amplo, confortável e com janela. Esses quartos sem janela deveriam ser desativados, a ganância é nítida!
