Excelente hotel

O Hotel é excelente porem precisa de uma atençao na estrutura, tive alguns problemas que foram prontamente resolvidos e no ultimo dia o acabamento do box soltou cortando o pé da minha mae, em questao do atendimento é excelente, de todos que fiquei foi o melhor atendimento que já tive desde a recepçao, o café da manha com a tapioca feita pela Helena e da arrumaçao do quarto no qual a Andreza deixava bem limpo e sempre fazia bichos com as toalhas no qual as crianças adoravam. uma outra reclamaçao que fiquei bem decepcionado é na questao da copa baby no qual só tem uma para o hotel inteiro e fica trancada precisando pedir a chave para a recepçao só que acontece que as pessoas pegam a chave e nao devolvem e com isso voce nao consegue utilizar.

As toalhas de banho e de rosto são duras, ressecadas e de qualidade bem inferior. A atendente da recepção, a cozinheira dos omeletes, tapiocas e ovos fritos são excelentes. O café da manhã é excelente e os garçons ótimos.

A localização é ótima! Café da manhã bom, piscina e restaurante bem estruturados. Funcionários cordiais, mas, após o check out passei por um momento constrangedor. Recebi um contato do hotel dizendo que o pagamento que fiz em dinheiro não constava no sistema (pq foi parte em dinheiro e parte no cartão). Muito chato q não tenham se atentado.

A hospedagem foi muito boa. O único ponto negativo foi a qualidade da internet e no último dia não tinha água no quarto/chuveiro, mas de resto, ótimo conforto e café da manhã. Tirando esses problemas, a hospedagem foi ótima.
