色々と工夫されたアットホームな宿

部屋は広々としてゆったりできた。食事も十分な量で味も良かった。野菜ソムリエの女性が周ってきて説明をしてくれて、一層食材への関心が高まった。夕食前のウエルカムドリンクや無料バーラウンジなど、工夫されていて飽きずに過ごせた。 一方、気になったのは、廊下の声がかなり部屋の中にいても聞こえて夜中は少し気になったこと・貸切露天風呂の脱衣所が暖房が無くとても寒かったこと・駐車場が除雪されていなかったことなど。

超棒的飯店，一定會再來！

從踏入飯店前就感受到飯店的不同 ， 大雪之中服務人員直接跑過來告訴我們該到哪裡停車除此之外這邊的晚餐也很特別 ，是使用當地的蔬菜所製成的刷刷鍋 ，好吃到不行，而且還有飲酒放題讓你可以無限暢飲酒類飲料，完全不加價 ，隔天早餐也不馬虎，特別的使用很厲害的蛋，及當地產的蔬菜，真的很好吃，更有露天大浴場可以使用，一望無際的高原真的很棒，我最直接感受到的是所有服務人員對於工作的熱情，每個工作人員表情都很棒，離開前工作人員還貼心的將每台車的擋風玻璃己全車進行除雪作業，我真的非常非常滿意這間飯店 如果有機會我絕對會再回來這間飯店另外從大陸廣西來的周小姐 也特別的感謝他對我們的服務

員工熱情招待， 屋頂的露天風呂風景真好 ，酒店內有其他免費項目，如下午5:00-5:30有山菜試吃， 飯後7:00-8:00有免費甜品 ，晚上8:00-19:00酒吧有免費飲料供應 ，但酒店網頁都沒有介紹， 如果一早知道，會預時間享受服務，最尾因為太晚入住，一項都沒有試。 房間內比較多塵，清潔度不足，晚餐味道一般，但整體來說性價比還是高的。

おもてなしがお値段以上のホテル

お値段以上のサービスばかりで本当に驚きました。 貸切温泉は目の前に広がる景色が本当に綺麗でした。夕方入ったときは夕日、朝入ったときは朝日が目の前に楽しめました。夕食や朝ごはんは地元で取れた珍しいお野菜と共に美味しくいただきました。それ以外にも、夜食のサービスや、夕食後のデザートタイム、バーのアルコールの飲み放題など、ホテルの中でのサービスが本当に充実していました。是非、また足を運びたいと思います。

地元野菜たっぷりの夕食

三度目の滞在になります。いつ行っても至れり尽くせりの歓迎を受けます。夕食前の食前酒の提供が夕食会場とは別の部屋であり、夕食後はまた別会場でデザートの提供があります。また、ロビー脇のバーで飲み放題です。（夕食料金に含まれています）夕食は地元那須の野菜いっぱいのしゃぶしゃぶで野菜をいっぱい食べることができます。半個室での夕食になりますが、手品をしてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりします。また、食事のあとでカウンターで夜食を貰う事も出来ます。今回は蛍の観賞にも連れて行ってくれました。3階から6階が客室ですが全部で40室くらいのこじんまりとしたホテルで静かで落ち着けました。なお、掃除は行き届いていますが、少し畳がくたびれてきたように感じました。

絶対にリピートしたくなる、最高に素晴らしいおもてなしをするホテル

６建ての全館３０室程度のこじんまりとしたホテルであるが、とても素晴らしいおもてなしをするホテルで感動しました。１６時ころにチェックインしましたが１７時からウエルカムパーティがあり地元産の野菜で作ったムース（？）や食前酒の提供がありました。17：30から夕食で那須野菜が中心のしゃぶしゃぶ（もちろん牛肉、豚肉もあり）で飲み物は飲み放題です。１階のレストランが会場ですが個室になっており落ち着けます。普段では食べたことがない野菜も多くあり、若い女性には好評ではないかと思います。私は白米がなければならないのですが、野菜だけでお腹が満たされました。また食事の途中で写真を撮ってくれたり（チェックアウト時に貰えます）手品の余興があったり至れり尽くせりです。１９時からは場所を変え、専属パテシエ提供のスィーツがサービスされます。ソフトドリンクも付きます。２０時からバーで飲み放題が始まります。しかし、団体客がいないためかみなさん大人の飲み方をしており、静かでとても良い雰囲気でした。フロントには夜中にお腹が空いた時のためにお稲荷さんがご自由にお取りくださいとなっていました。また、６階と屋上には２室ずつ貸切露天風呂もあり、１５時からは時間予約制になっていました。うれしいことに無料です。早朝は予約制ではなくフリーです。生憎の雨でしたが晴れていれば素晴らしい眺めであったと思います。ぜひ、また行きたいと思いました。
