畳に和ベットの雰囲気がとても良かったです 奥まった場所にあるホテルですが、大きな看板があるので迷わずに行けました。 駐車場は埋まっていましたが、埋まっていても止めてさせていただけました。 朝食は和洋を選ぶことができ、今回は和食が売り切れとのことで洋食になりましたが牛乳がかなり美味しかった、また出てくるタイミングも良かったです 一番漫画感があったのは大浴場です。お風呂の種類が何種類もありとても気持ちよかったです 次は明るい時間にも入浴してみたいです

接客、料理、温泉最高でしたがチェクアウト時フロントにはpay pay使用のバーコードがあるにも関わらずカード又は現金決済とフロントに言われた。使用出来ないなら置かないでほしい。それ以外は最高でした。

スタッフの方々が親切でお料理が美味しい

広い和室タイプの部屋にしたので、足を伸ばして座れ大変くつろげました。スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で気持ちの良い対応をして下さりました。お料理もお味が良く大変満足しました。 部屋からの景色が良かった分、窓の中央部分の目立つ箇所の内側が汚れているところがあったので、その点が少し残念でした。
