We were visiting relatives and it was close to them and the areas we wanted to visit. Staff was exceptionally helpful. We do not speak Swedish however they were very informative and helped with any need or questions we had. Thank you.

Det blev fel när jag fått mitt rum. En annan gäst kom när jag hade installerat mig på rummet och han hade fått samma rum. Felet åtgärdades snabbt. Sedan fungerade allt till belåtenhet.

Litt små familierom, vanskelig å bevege seg, når sengene var satt opp. Dusjdøren manglet list, så hele badegulvet ble vått. Ingen ventilasjon på rommet, så vi måtte sove med vidåpne vinduer og fullt solskinn inn på rommet. En del bråk fra gaten.

Ett rent nöje.

Smidig incheckning inkl parkering. Rent o ljust rum.Läget och höjden på hotellet gav en jättebra översikt av centrum som denna dag var full av liv. Frukosten var riktigt bra.

Vi blev rejält bortskämda under vår vistelse på Högland! Helt fantastiskt. Personalen jättetrevliga. Tyvärr var både restaurang och bar stängda under midsommarhelgen! Tack personalen!❤️

Indtjekninger er håbløs langsom - hvis ikke man tidligere har overnattet på hotellet skal man igennem en meget langsom procedure med udfyldelse af papirer kopi af personlige dokumenter osv Hotellet er det eneste i byen, lidt slidt med meget små værelser specielt brusekabinen er lille, men egentlig ok. Da hotellet ikke virkede fyldt forstår jeg ikke at vi fik værelser ud mod en larmende byggeplads i stedet for en rolig parkeringsplads

Fint hotell men dåligt isolerade fönster, hörde bilar väldigt tydligt utanför. Fin soa anläggning, tyvärr trasig bastu när jag va där. När jag checkade in fick jag endast mitt kort, jag fick fråga om parkering, frukost, gym, relax avdelning. Fick ingen information ifrån personalen mer än vilket rum jag skulle sova i.

Helt okej hotell

Jag bokade en natt för att inte behöva köra hela vägen hem på en dag. Att kalla det för spa är kanske lite att ta i. Det fanns två små jacuzzis samt en bastu utan lampa i omklädningsrummet. Hade önskat nån mer pool kanske (gärna kall) och lite mysigare överlag i relaxen. Gymmet var också väldigt gammalt och slitet, skulle kunna fräschas upp litegrann. Fanns ingen kyl på rummet men en gemensam kyl en våning upp. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Priset för ett Enkelrum 1495kr är ett överpris. Man tar betalt för sitt centrala läge intill tågcentralen, då det inte finns fler hotell i stan. Rummet hade heltäckningsmatta som var fläckig och smutsig, med en stark parfymdoft som gav rinnig näsa. Frukostbuffén skulle man behöva se över när man inte använder mer närproducerat från trakten, tråkigt och synd! Tråkigt överlag och känslan av, vi tar fram vad som finns utan touch! Hotellet lever i en dåtid, med den klassiska ”statt” känslan! Ha inga höga förväntningar!
