The excellent staff, the room was phenomenal, only that no day did they clean or change towels and toilet paper, it does not affect me because I only went to sleep at night but I think they should work on that, also in almost all areas of the facility there were smells of cigar and other substances

My experience from 7/10 to 7/12

Hair left over in shower, no options for a extended stay for breakfast or coffee for real. The smell in the building once you got on the floors. Smelled like wet dog or something. Just an unique type of smell idk. Saw a couple of roaches roaming around. One in my bed room. Good area for dinning out. Idk! I wouldnt stay there again but if you're own a certain budget. Maybe someone else experience may be better idk. This is strickly about my experience.

as a truck driver, I travel to many hotels a month, but I must say, because of a guy named Damien this check-in and the way they accommodated me has exceeded my expectations. Not only did I forget something that was very important, he made sure I got the item at no cost, which saved me $60. also, I called a few minutes before my arrival and when I got there, my check-in was easy and took two seconds. because of Damien and the cleanliness of the hotel, this will be my first stop when I need a place to sleep when I am traveling in Smyrna TN

Good updates to property looks clean. Floors in the room sticky. Walls very thin, you could hear people in other rooms talking loud all night . Saw a couple in f roaches in room. We stayed for 7 nights and they didn’t even change out dirty towels

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was there was not so much as a bar of soap to wash my hands. No hair dryer, no little shampoo or bath soap. No coffee pot. Also, the lobby was closed up tight when I got home from the event I had come for around 10 p.m. and still not open when I left at 8:15 a.m. The rooms seemed clean but the hall was not.

Only good thing about it is it is off I-24. We don't like it for reason there was no tissue or paper towel; no dishes or silverware to be used. No complimentary bottle water and no breakfast!! Also, I was told that they charge $7.00 when asked for clean towels!!
