The hotel and room were very nice. No free parking (valet only) and the area around the hotel is not in good shape. Across from the detention center and a lot of empty lots and construction. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Nice to have breakfast included. Can hear through the room next to us. Great manager on duty helped us- Marvin, very friendly. Felt safe, would be nice to know it’s next to a detention center, though didn’t feel unsafe. Very walkable to broadway but not in the middle of it. Right next to a trolley stop. Cute coffee shop.

Marvin, Kristen and the other woman that works during the day with the fabulous eyelashes were the best ever. They really went above and beyond. The free breakfast in the morning was very good. They had a large assortment of stuff. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was very clean. The service in the upstairs restaurant was subpar. But that is really our only complaint.
