An incredible stay, in a gorgeous neighborhood, close to everything with plenty of parking. My room came with complementary snacks and champagne and I really loved trying out the Dyson fan and hair dryer! If I’m in Nashville again I would want to stay here again. I attended a show at the Basement East and it so close to the hotel.

It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance.

Excellent location and one of the most beautiful boutique properties I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed in many). Our concierge, Hannah was beyond accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Nashville. It was also a bonus knowing that a portion of the proceeds from our hotel bill were being donating back to community. I’d give this property even more stars if I could.

Great location, the contactless system worked smoothly, staff quickly responsive via text, thoughtfully laid out room that included a sound machine and a hot and cool bladeless fan. I recently stayed at The Russell in Nashville and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed with so much character and charm that really makes it stand out from typical hotel stays. Avery was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, which made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The thoughtful touches truly elevated the stay—the snacks, koozies, plush bathrobes, and overall amenities far exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy and felt very secure, which is always a huge plus. The location was also super convenient—within walking distance to a few great restaurants, and only about a $5 Lyft ride to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer without the hassle. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is awesome. We've stayed here a couple of times and it is always clean, quiet, and SO COMFORTABLE. The beds are awesome. Good water pressure. We're typically in town for events at Basement East so the location is prime. We love The Russell and book for almost every trip to Nashville.
