Have stayed at Crowne Plaza, formerly Nash Haus, for a few years now. Not the cheapest all the time but the location and condition of the property is second-to-none. This last time they had an excellent hot breakfast! Will stay again.

The rooms are clean however the air-conditioning units are very loud and the area for snacks was empty not a lot of options. It just doesn’t seem like the staff is excited about working there.

Everything was great except the water took a good 10-15mins before it got hot in the shower. This was a bit of an inconvenience. The fitness didn’t have much to offer as well as the breakfast, however the staff was very friendly and beds were comfortable.

Oh what a wonderful stay! From the arrival to the beautiful property, to the nicely decorated lobby, hallways, and room, to the delicious full breakfast, the amazingly kind and caring staff, simplicity of check in/check out, fantastic front desk/breakfast ladies, cleaning staff, etc! There were a few issues but I love, love, love that they took care of them immediately, switching us out rooms AND getting the lobby air conditioning cranked back up! We ended up in beautiful room 515!! Thanks again, we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
