This is a great spot for a quick trip to Nashville. We have a son graduating in Dallas next month and we’re going consider Mint properties for that trip as well. This place was clean, well stocked, walkable to lots of things we’re interested in. We come to Nashville frequently and this location is on the list of places to stay again.

I can’t say enough about this stay. Wonderful and comfortable from the amazing size of the apartment, to the ease of access and communication of the management. The rental apartment was very spacious and clean. Communication with the manager was good, especially regarding the check-in procedures. The only downside to the stay was the noise level of surrounding apartments and the street below, which was worsened by a heavy rain in the early morning. The apartment was in a very good location and the parking lot was very convenient.
