The property in general is in good condition. There was a lack of staff in the restaurant / bar, leaving the bartender to tend to the entire room. The management should have pulled staff to help. Due to no security, be very careful outside. The bums are bad and will threaten people they see as easy prey. I was outside smoking and one went to get in my face and went back to draw a punch, but fled away immediately after I told him I would beat him until the Nashville police showed up. Had've I been armed, there would have been one less waste of oxygen. And do not have anything of value in your vehicle when you pull up to the parking. I watched one bum rush in, opened a car door and took what he could and ran. Again, just be careful there.

We went there for 2 nights. The price was higher than comparable hotels. We chose the hotel because of location and prior good reviews. However our experience was completely different. Main concern was staff service. While the front desk managers were good however room service was terrible. Despite having do not disturb sign, staff kept knocking on the doer repeatedly when delivering toiletries. The coffee pods were always filled with decaf despite being asked to have atleast one caffeinated coffee. On the day of check out the room service staff came knowing on the door repeatedly at 8 am that when are you doing to check out when the scheduled checkout time is at 8. We travel all over the world and this has never happened before anywhere else.

4th time staying at Margaritaville in Nashville. Never disappoints! A super easy walk to Broadway. The hotel is always super clean, very friendly staff, Starbucks in lobby is a plus! The rooftop pool and bar are a must!
