I have stayed at the property before and always very nice.. this time was very different. Besides Brenda that was serving breakfast or what was slim pickings for breakfast. She was such a joy in my day.. always very friendly and helpful in any way she could make our stay pleasant..

This Hotel had overbooked its rooms and cancelled my reservation along with 12 others. They offered no other assistance about helping find another hotel. Truly complete dissatisfaction with this hotel.

Our room had a puddle of water in front of the fridge, the mattress had a stain on the side, and at 8am someone with maintenance knocked on our door and could only communicate with us using a Google Translator app. We will not be staying here again.
