This was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and was cussed out by the staff. I actually didn’t even stay. I had to go to another hotel bc I didn’t feel safe at all! The worst hotel EVER!!!

Horrible. Literally sex stains on sheets. Refused us new linens. Food all over. The staff said they knew it was dirty and that’s why they are cheap and refused to even give us the stuff to clean it.

Hotel was “out of” the room that I reserved. Night male staff informed me they will do a second night at no cost. Morning male staff denied request, was rude, disrespectful. The next time I reserved a room, “morning male staff, tall and skinny one, has targeted me, assigning me a room where door didn’t close or lock, and the a/c didn’t cool. I asked to be reassigned- he denied at first. This place needs to be condemned and the staff should not be in customer service job positions.

It was a clean room and cracker barrel, waffle house and a few gas stations are very close by. There was a whole in the bathroom wall and had to get my card redone both nights so that I could get back in my room

It was the worst experience I have had with a hotel it was so disgusting I took a loss and left to book another hotel. It had black mold on the walls food crumbs on the floor and bugs in the bathtub and in bed including hair and stained sheets and furniture was broken and tv didn’t work and the staff was very rude and would not help help at all with our complaints and accommodations

You can see under/around the door to the room, which goes directly to outside and felt very insecure. There was a surprise cash deposit required as well.

So disappointed and worried for myself bringing home but I think I took precaution after researching online what to do I will never stay at this motel again there was also food left in the microwave and the toilet would not flush and roaches crawling where you can visibly see on the wall
About died when I seen it right when I pulled sheets back
Not sure what this was when I lifted chair cushion
Also found this very odd bug on bed

Our door was partiall out of the frame and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were obvious signs of previously being a smoking room. But it was relatively quiet, out of the way, and check in was quick and easy.
