The room was filthy. We arrived later in the evening, only to find two small bugs crawling on the counter top. In addition, there was dried up toothpaste on the faucet (as if someone had spit their toothpaste and no one cleaned it). There was trash under the bed. In the morning, we found seven more little bugs (not sure what kind ... perhaps roaches?). Informed the manager of the room and was told she would call Expedia to get a refund. However, nine days later and four calls to the hotel, it has still not happened. Apparently, they have opened up a case for this complaint. We'll see what that accomplishes. Wouldn't stay there again and definitely makes be skeptical on staying at another La Quinta. She shouldn't have told me she would call and have a refund issued if she wasn't going to.

I like that parking was convenient. I didn't like that i asked to speak to a manager throughout my whole stay and they never contacted me. We reserved 3 rooms and they were dirty. When we arrived they gave us our rooms and they were a mess.

wasnt good - and when i let them know there was mold on the wall in the bathroom and the drains in the tub would not flow - their response was "i will let maintenance know"

The desk clerk and shuttle driver were both very pleasant. The room needed a deeper cleaning. The underlying odor was not masked by the perfume smell that was dispensed in the room.

There was only one person working so it made wait time more drawn out than needed when checking in trying to retrieve towels and such because there was no housekeeping for over night stays available to replenish and spruce up as needed. The property itself was not at all impressive and there were no amenities available. Parking lot was overloaded in front area and front desk locked all side and back doors because of one or two people coming in the back not wearing masks making it harder on us with a young child
