Check in took 45 minutes. She spent 45 minutes taking care of two people from midnight until 12:45 a.m. while a bunch of people waited. There were probably 20 people waiting. Eight people in our group with four small children. Worst check in experience ever!!! Beds were nice though.

It's a great hotel. Hopefully will be better once the renovation is completed. Stay was good, but will likely wait until improvements are made before visiting again.
