The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning as well. Having the coffee shop in property was an added amenity we weren’t expecting either. The hotel was in a fantastic location, it was quick and easy to walk to Broadway but far enough away from all of the commotion. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating especially Maureen at the front desk. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and some vegetables and refreshed as the morning went on. The common areas and the room were very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. The only drawback for us really had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with it's location. We're in our 60's so the walk to Broadway was a little much. Younger folks should have no problem. Ubers were readily available so it was not a big deal.

Great location, within walking distance of the Ryman theater, Johnny Cash museum, and Bridgestone Arena. Close enough to Broadway Street to check out all the bars but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise. The breakfast was amazing, David takes pride in the variety of food offered. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a wonderful job. Would definitely stay here again.
