Most staff were very friendly. The night shift front desk staff were arguing and cursing at each other one night. We thought they were going to fight until one of them walked out. Other than that it was clean and near enough to downtown to make it easy to get around.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, each morning the meat and potato dishes changed. Nice variety of food. Especially enjoyed the waffles each morning. Plenty of food to choose from. The staff was all very nice to us! Will definatley stay there again one day if we get back to Nashville.

The staff was fabulous! Very friendly and willing to help with any questions or needs. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our problem was that at check in we were informed that a 3rd party (apparently) was in charge of the parking lot and that we had to pay to park despite being registered guests. The staff said that this only started a few days before our arrival and that some of them had already been ticketed. As a result, we had to pay over $100 to park for just 3 days. This was a very unwelcome surprise as we had received no notice of this new policy. With that said, we did see many of the same signs in many other lots.
