Pillow are terrible, and the matress is worn out to the point there are rounding off at the ends. So youll fall off the beds if your not comfortable. Should have went to the Holiday Inn.

The staff were friendly, breakfasts were great hotel was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I had booked this hotel because they have an accessible lift for the pool. When I booked the room I had called about it and the front desk person stated that they worked. When I got to the hotel they stated that the batteries didn’t work and they ordered new ones. I had a 5 night stay and extended my stay 4 more days. When I left they still didn’t have the batteries. If I would have known I would have booked a room at a hotel that truly had an accessible pool.

Only hiccup was the computer system wouldn’t let the ladies check me in. The front desk lady (Heather) was great and friendly and very accommodating! Everything else was great.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, it was the same thing everyday so that wasn’t great I was there for 6 nights. Had a guest laundry $2 for a wash and $2 for dry so pretty good. The pool was good and gym were good. The only thing that wasn’t great is the carpet in the room, I don’t know what it is with hotels and carpets but the carpet is always sticky and just not pleasant to walk on.

There was a musty smell in our room, and the carpet was soaked in front of the A/C unit. The excellent front desk staff helped us change rooms. However, the 2nd room had an uneven tile at the bathroom door, so we couldn't shut that door, and had to be careful not to trip on the lifted tile.

Hot Water or Cold Water...You Must Choose...

On four of the five nights we stayed, all water to our room was (literally) scalding hot or ice cold. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the problem. Many of the guests I spoke with experienced the same problems on multiple nights. My family and I have booked a 4+ night stay every Christmas since this hotel first opened. Because of the problems we experienced on this stay (and the likelihood that they will continue), we will not be staying there again. I would be very grateful if Hotels.com could negotiate a partial refund to compensate us for these problems. Until the water problems are resolved, I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.
