We were upset that the food court and bar was closed at 6pm when we arrived. That was the reason why we chose to stay there during our trip back home and settle in not having to go back out for food after driving for 7 hours. Not worth the money

WONDERFUL

I made a last minute reservation. The lady at the frint desk was extremely nice! Got me in my room very fast, no standing around waiting for service. The room was fabulous. Clean. The entire stay was wonderful! Will definitely stay again when im in Goodlettsville

I wish the bar had a full menu and not just 2 items. Short hours being open didn’t help either and the Starbucks needs people who know how to make drinks and ring them up

Not what I'm used to from a Marriott property at all. The lobby area was ok but you could tell going down the hallway that it had not been kept up very well. We paid extra for a larger room and the room was very spacious. But, it was so out dated! We had trouble the first night with bosses from the toilet all night and the pipes in the bathroom. It was one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in and it was just the building, not the people. We called maintenance about the toilet overflow the next morning when it happened and they "fixed" it while we were out. Basically they cleaned it up. It was never fixed the entire time we were there. I was NOT impressed with the place at all. Will not stay here again! Dec 2024 was our stay

Noisy and bad place for handicapped

This is not a handicap accessible hotel. All their beds are too high. Also not for early sleepers. Young adults engaged in very loud parties in pool and outside. Calls to front desk availed nothing. We will not return

OK in Nashville

Room nice but still on some kind of Covid restrictions..I think it was because they had trouble getting staff..no resturant and they only clean room every other day.None of the tv's worked in the lobby and the bar had a nice guy when it opened at 6:00pm but he had never been a bartender...was a welder on his day off...it seems that the more a room costs the less chance you will have a breakfast included.

As soon as I walk into the room I am greeting with a huge hairball on one of the beds. Pull back the sheets to find unwashed looking sheets. Head to the second beds and find what looks like blood spots on those sheets. Don't see the third bed which is suppose to be a pull out. Try phoning front desk but the phone in the room is broken. Call them from my phone and I get maybe the rudest people ever! With the ands/what do you want me to do about it! We are completely full and will not switch your room! Nor do we give refunds! After an hour and a half I get new bedding. Had ask for an extra set so we could make a pile in the floor for the kids. Round two front desk, later that night go to get a shower about three minutes into the shower notice that the water isn't draining. Ask the same rude man to send someone up to look at it. And again I get the same attitude and spill we're full no refunds! At this point I have had enough. And tell him I need it fix tonight. Told maintenance is not on site and it be a while. At midnight maintenance finally shows up only jiggle the handle and say all good. It was not All Good! If can book else where, do it! This might have been the worst place we have ever been to. And front desk guy needs to be let go.
