The hotel was walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are very friendly and constantly check up on our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great shower with tons of hot water. Great heritage building!

The location of the hotel was perfect and safe. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. However the first night there, the water was turned off and we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet until latter in the morning the following day. Also, The coffee bar was shut down for a day and a half.

The room was spacious and clean. The furniture was uniquely antique. Staff was wonderful and the location was walkable to Broadway and other points of interest. Their A/C unit is a little loud. Overall, nice room, great location and value!

The location is excellent for being downtown! Easy walking to Printers Alley, Broadway and all the excitement. Valet parking was easy, check-in was a breeze, room was clean with everything we needed. Shower was amazing! All the staff was very friendly and helpful... will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend it for a downtown stay!
