3 moths in the shower… shower curtain was white and filthy!! Bathroom floor dirty. The rails toppings are loose on the shower rails. The house keeping could do much better with cleaning . Anything of value should be worth the price paid for. Nothing SHOULD BE DIRTY!

Had a great stay at Aloft. The ambiance was cool, the bar was great, and everyone was super friendly. Dina and Josh at the bar made it a fun time every night. Amber at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Kevin in security and Hakim were both awesome. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

There was live music. Nice. There was no information about this when we booked the room. We have a 5am flight and the music is literally shaking our whole room. Called front desk to request changing rooms. Was told we need to come to the lobby to do so. In the five minutes it took to grab our things and go to the lobby apparently every available room was suddenly booked. The response was "they stop playing at 10, if that helps"

The staff was so warm and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and inviting. The bed felt amazing to sleep in. I will definitely tell my friends about this hotel. I will definitely be back again!

I arrived to the hotel to learn that they had gave my room away that I already paid for in full. The manager was rude and not accommodating as to offer another room. Was just told I would have to re-book and pay all over again which wouldn't have worked because I was also told they were now full. I was also told I would not be charged the full balance, but checked my statement and was charged the full balance. This was an awful experience. The managers position should be re- considered, as her customer service skills are lacking.I am not sure how she made it into that position but it should definitely be re-evaluated. Bad experience overall

Great place to stay

I really like this hotel. It's clean, quiet and accommodating. The bed is comfy and the big tv that allows you to log into your streaming services is a definite plus for me.

Weekend Getaway

Place was fantastic and the staff was awesome. Only “complaint” is the tv guide isn’t accurate. It might show “channel 33 history channel” and when you click on it, it pulls up TLC or a channel above or below it. Once i figured out which channel it actually was it was fine. But literally the only complaint
