This is my second stay here in 2 months. The locations away from the buzz of downtown but still an easy drive to events. The neighborhood is safe, walkable and upscale. Nice restaurants and shops, as well as fast food and Walgreens. Perfect location and friendly staff.nicely decorated and comfortable.

This property was so nice. The beds were very comfy and the area is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and it was very clean and modern. The only downside was we requested an early check in and ended up with a late check in due to being sold out the night before. We had an event so we needed to get ready. Staff gave us breakfast passes for the delay. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

The hotel had great and efficient service. We were in our room no more than 5 mins. after arriving. The hotel was also very clean and the bar had great service as well. We also need a late check out which they accommodated without an issue. Definitely would book again.

I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. I had a 3 night stay and each day my key cards would stop working. Had to get a new key every day. Either they key cards are incredibly sensitive to cell phones or it was a bad bath of key cards.

Hotel was amazing, only thing i disliked was that when you need extra rags and towels you had to go downstairs to front desk. Also no microwaves in the room, have to go to their cafe to warm up food

The property was great, very clean, courteous staff. My only complaint would be a group of kids staying there were very loud. Played in the hallway until late. We couldn’t even hear the TV a some point. Also someone let their dog poop on the floor right next to the front desk and left their empty fast food containers on the tables and floor in the lobby area. The staff had their hands full I’m sure cleaning up a terrible mess. Also I was very disappointed that on a Saturday night, the rooftop was closed because the bartender quit and there was no one to work it.

The properties in a place with plenty of eating places that would be considered junk food. Not a single place with a restaurant that has a table-cloth or fabric napkin. A few garment stores that keeps you wondering who would wear such stuff. All streets and stores are well kept, maintained, clean and organized.

Breakfast was expensive and the food was mediocre at best. When I explained that 3 of the people who were going to get breakfast did not eat at all the man at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders and basically told me that he didn’t care we had to pay for it anyway. Half of the time we had no hot water. Asked for extra bedding for the fold out sofa but never got any. Kids running around screaming through out the night. Roof top bar was right on top of one of the rooms we had and it was horribly loud. That room also had water damage and there was tons of drywall dust from where they tried to fix it. Would not ever stay here again.

The room itself was nice and clean. The conditioner bottle was empty and no body soap. The breakfast consisted of a small charcuterie, toast and croissant. You can request eggs. Fine if it was included in the price of the room but at an additional charge of $14, it was ridiculous.

Last time we stayed the hotel was immaculate, this time the floors were sticky, hotel is already showing signs it is less taken care of. It’s a beautiful property, but not as much care. Also, hotel went in and made beds even when we had the sign saying no maid service on the door. Which is bothersome to me. They didn’t clean, just made the beds. Seemed odd.
