When we got there we hadn't realized there was a $100 hold but that was fine. We had dinner at the restaurant which was pricey considering the quality. My bread on my Reuben was burnt. My bf's chicken was over cooked & dry. Went up to the room and there was no hot water and the phone didn't work. Switched rooms at midnight after the front desk realized I wasn't an idiot and knew how a shower works. Wasn't offered anything and since we checked out we still haven't received the $100 hold back. Will never stay at a Sheraton ever again
