We had a nice stay. It was close and convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The facility is outdated, but didn't mind. Everything was damp though. We even felt like our clothes that were unpacked had a dampness to them when we left. They definitely need a dehumidifier in the place.

Can’t beat the location. The hotel is undergoing renovations now and I think it will be really great when done - but right now things were closed, like the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. I am looking forward to visiting again once renovations are complete. I hope they plan to put chairs on the balconies - would be nice to be able to sit on the balcony outside your room.

Amazing staff!! But the room I stayed in was not worth 400 dollars a night -the standards expected for the price I paid was not there. They are doing a lot of renovations outside and inside. Maybe it’ll be worth it when they finish it.

The view alone is worth every penny. Dream vacation! So easy to get to Newport for a day trip as well. Aqua blue has the cutest coffee shops and boutiques within walking distance as well. The sunrise is my new wallpaper lol, incredible stay!

Out of the gate I knew we chose the right hotel for our family. The front desk associates were very helpful and gave good advice on what to do in the area. The location was perfect! The rooms were adequate for what we needed. Once the renovation has been completed it will be even better.

The location was great- right by the beach and close to food options. The staff are kind and there was water/coffee/tea in the lobby. The shower water pressure was also great. However, the shower didn't drain very well and I had to keep turning the water off and wait for it to drain throughout the shower.

Very nice place. Staff was very nice and it does look like they maybe renovating. For the most part our room was very clean but the first night we noticed sand on the floor. Day 2 after talking to the front desk it was super clean. We liked out little private balcony. We will stay again.
