Excellent service from very polite staff. The best Japanese breakfast served among all onsen ryokans I stayed at so far. Omakase dinner was a delicate dining experience - delicious food plates beautifully. Hotel is located right on the street where the Gion Summer festival was held when we were there. So, we had a great time enjoying all the festivities.

This is the best hotel my family has ever stayed in Narita. Every staff is friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and checkout. The room is spacious and very clean. I have booked stays at this hotel that included both breakfast and dinner. What delicious meals were we having everyday. The chef and restaurant staff have done amazing job of making each meal so delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone who might want to stay in Narita. My family can’t wait to visit the hotel again in the future.

The inn sits at a local street steps away from the shrine and garden. We had a marvelous Japanese style breakfast. The front desk is really helpful in welcoming us and arranging the taxi. This is our place to stay when doing a short hop in Narita airport.

The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. The front desk even said goodbye/bowed to us outside the door as our transit drive away. Highly recommend. Will come back again.
