They were super nice and helpful. The new family mart that's 24h is amazing! Only downside is that doors were squeaky and floors. And my toilet lid was broken prior I got into hotel. But the bed is nice, the view is amazing, everything about it was a great experience.

One thing I’d like to highlight is the staff, they have been one of the nicest people I’ve talked to in Japan; even though I speak a bit of Japanese they speak excellent English and of course it makes everything easier. When you talk to them in Japanese, they answer in Japanese and that’s something I personally appreciated much since I look forward to practice. And considering the excellent rate I paid for my two day stay, this is golden!

The koi pond & rear landscaping create a lovely setting off the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection & wonderful view of the grounds. The large fitness center is well equipped. FamilyMart is onsite with a great selection of food & souvenirs. The staff are helpful & allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in at no charge. They allow late checkout for 1,000 yen per hour. The shuttle buses to the airport & train station are large & comfortable. The mattress was very hard, but I still slept well. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated & the bedroom window was either very thin or no longer sealed so it allowed the noise of the street to filter in. Excellent water temp & pressure.

Check in was simple and staff were friendly. Shuttle from airport was convenient and easy to navigate. Hotel was quiet, and room was large for japanese standards. The bed was extremely firm, which was not great for me, but the pillows were nice. Very old hotel building, and it does smell of decades of indoor cigarette smoking. However, for the price, and for a short stay to rest on a long layover it was reasonable.
