This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is small and cozy. They dont have staff, rather, you have friends. You couldnt ask for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Very clean and charming hotel. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant and carried my suitcase up to the room. It is a one block walk from the train station, so it could not have been easier for us. Everything was clean, which is the most important thing for me. We stayed only one night and had breakfast, as we were on the way somewhere else, but I would definitely recommend Will's to someon passing through Narbonne.

The hotel is within spitting distance of the train station, around the corner from a small Roman ruins site and walkable to the town's main sites. In other words, perfect location when traveling by train. Super clean room and great a/c. Not a fancy hotel, but perfect for the price and location.

Excellent location close in a quiet neighbourhood very near the station. Very good value with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. The only problem for some may be that there is no lift but the staff offered to help carry my large suitcase up the stairs for me which fortunately was unnecessary in my case. Next time I'm in Narbonne I will certainly stay here.

Excellente étape

Étape de 2 nuits très satisfaisante en tout point. Enregistrement facile, très bon accueil, excellente literie. Très propre . It's an old building, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The room is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located a block from the train station and close to the historic centre of Narbonne.
