Booked a ground floor multi bed (double plus single) room but given a double. Went back to reception to then be given a tiny twin. Went back again to finally be given the last multi bed room but on the 1st floor having made it clear in the booking that I needed a ground floor room as I was recovering from an operation and struggled with stairs.

This is not considered a Hotel. Has anyone from Hotels.com gone to visit this site? 44 years booking hotel rooms this was the worst. We paid and we walked in the room not even able to open luggage in room tinest room i ever experienced. I asked to be upgraded they told me all the rooms are the same. Disgusting to have this on your website.

We never had in all our life such a soooo small room. 20 cm each side of the bed. Maybe 30-40 from the feet of the bed to the wall. I do not exaggerate it is absolutely true!! No place to put even a small bag Toilets -bathroom extremely small Very uncomfortable to be in these conditions even for just one night Too bad
