We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.

booking in May wasn’t the best option

This was the second Hôtel we booked through hotels.com on this trip was supposed to be a treat stay after the previous basic one and it was not good. The chat to resolve our issues went nowhere. Pool and spa closed, no restaurant open at all, the sink in our room was broken. It was very disappointing, not made clear enough it was basically all shut still at the end of May. Gruissan the town however is glorious.

Disappointing and poor service

The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category.

Entre les yaourts périmés du petit déjeuner, le saucisson pas vraiment fraîchement coupé, et l omelette réchauffee plusieurs fois …, le manque d amabilité de la patronne et des jeunes filles à l accueil … Une chambre a laquelle il manque des chaises à l extérieur, le flexible de la douche qui se coupe et qui arrose tout …pas de manivelle pour le store…et j en passe.. Cet endroit qui est bien situé avec une belle vue, manque de gérant sérieux et d un gros coup de rénovation.. Je n y retournerai plus

on séjourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel, calme , aéré. on aime le petit lac comme decor.la colline remplie de pins maritimes est agréable .le déjeuner copieux et excellent. on apprécie etre hors ville,etre au rez-de-chaussée, acces simple et efficace aux chambres.. confort, simplicité, zenitude sont les maîtres mots.

Le rapport qualité prix est parfait, le personnel très courtois et réactif, le petit déjeuné est bien achalandé. La possibilité de pouvoir se garer au pied de la chambre est un plus bien appréciable. Le matelas est un peu mou mais confortable. Petit bémol sur la douche/ baignoire avec un pommeau qui ne tient pas et une protection trop petite du coup petite inondation.
