With a little plus !

Great service considering the choice of meal for dinner (even with a home made Sangria) and the buffet breakfast offering even « un produit du terroir québécois » (sirop d’érable/maple syrup — wow). That’s a plus in France !

Nice staff, room quite a disapointment.

Nice lobby and helpfull staff at check-in, more slow at check-out. Should be more fast as you often want to get moving ASAP. Room was clearly a disapointment.

Nice hotel

The main reception was excellent with great friendly staff But the room although equipped well smelled damp. Shame as it’s a nice hotel. We came back late after a concert and didn’t want to make a fuss about the smell. I’m sure they would have changed our room if we had have done.

The staff was welcoming and friendsly but the rooms we were placed in were beyond disgusting. One smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and the other of raw sewage. When I returned to share this, the front desk offered us two different rooms. They were satisfactory (clean bathroom and linens) but they both still carried a very off-putting, dirty, not fresh at all scent. I would not stay again or recommend this location.

Staff at check in helpful and attentive. Clean room, except for penultimate night, but no big deal. Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. Would certainly choose to stay again.
