A very comfortable place to break a long journey. Very near the motorway and only a few minutes drive into Narbonne where there are many restaurants.

It’s easy access but room have carpet that is long overdue. Can’t open the windows as it faces the balcony that leads to all the rooms. There is however plenty of dining options around

With a little plus !

Great service considering the choice of meal for dinner (even with a home made Sangria) and the buffet breakfast offering even « un produit du terroir québécois » (sirop d’érable/maple syrup — wow). That’s a plus in France !

Nice staff, room quite a disapointment.

Nice lobby and helpfull staff at check-in, more slow at check-out. Should be more fast as you often want to get moving ASAP. Room was clearly a disapointment.

Nice hotel

The main reception was excellent with great friendly staff But the room although equipped well smelled damp. Shame as it’s a nice hotel. We came back late after a concert and didn’t want to make a fuss about the smell. I’m sure they would have changed our room if we had have done.

Il ne s'agit pas du campanile de Narbonne, mais de l'ibis de balaruq. Très agréable, un petit bémol pour le bruit de soufflerie dans la chambre et la petitesse de celle-ci. Excellent petit déjeuner, repas très correct, service impeccable, piscine et hammam sympas.
