Check-in was anytime from 4pm. We arrive at 6pm and the property still not ready, as was still being cleaned. We had to wait an additional 20 mins. No communication about this delay. If we had turned up at 4pm as planned, woudl we of had to wait 2 hours? Main Bathroom / bedroom: Tv aerial broken, bathroom wouldn't close, shaving light broken, extractor broken. Other bathroom / bedroom. Mould to shower ceiling, broken / cracked shower tray. Lounge : TV remote batteries flat Kitchen : No bottle opener / corkscrew, some saucepans not induction ones, only 3 cereal bowls, 4 wine glasses all different shapes & sizes. Outside. Mouldy seat cushions, noisy wind turbine. Basically the property is in desperate needs of some TLC, especially to the bathrooms and its equipment. Its a shame, as the property could be presented much better than it was. But there is no excuse for mouldy bathrooms and broken shower trays. So overall quite disappointed.
