“Llegamos por la noche, agobiados porque nuestro ferry se retrasó y recepción cierra a las 18 y nos dijeron que a las 21 nos abriría alguien. Llegamos media hira tarde y no funcionaba el timbre que rellama a recepción. Al final conseguimos que nos abrieran y llamaran desde otra habitación.
