“We were in the older building. Shower took a good 10 minutes to heat up. Air conditioner was very loud and someone was smoking pot both nights we stayed. When I notified the front desk the first night they turned off the air conditioner on their end very quickly and said they would send security up to check out the smell right away, so staff were very good. We dined at the Hooded Merganser and the on-site breakfast restaurant, both were very good with lovely staff!”

“Clean and spacious room, with fantastic front desk staff. However, the furniture is quite dated, and some of the leather upholstery is peeling.”

“Was nice to find that we had a private balcony over looking the pool. Lots of parking. Easy to get around and walkable to lakeshore drive. Found some unclean dishes but easy fix. Mostly was a good stay and would go back.”

“Wow. For an older hotel it was spotless, large, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, and right across the street from skaha lake park. As im not from penticton I was nervous to whether it was a sketchy area but we loved the area and our stay.”

“Comfortable beds and pillows!! There were people smoking marijuana in the parking lot, I’m not a fan of that!”
