Part of the fun in going on a road trip is stumbling across funky towns and abandoned buildings. This gas station has to be one of my all time favorite finds!

This lovely little cemetery contains the remnants of past inhabitants of the area as well as the windmill that drew water from the well and a potters field for the destitute a climb to the towers top provides far-reaching views of this beautiful portion of rural New Mexico.
