Great view of the 5-storey pagoda from the window. Convenient for checking out downtown. Exquisite French restaurant 20 meters away. No staff at the self-checkin inn of course, but the price reflected that saving. Very close to the beautiful park with the world's largest Buddha.

Love it!

Self check-in was very straightforward and the hotel replied promptly to our queries. The room is exactly like in the photos - spacious, clean, comfortable! The TV was also a smart tv, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Parking was available for 1700 yen overnight 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Extremely convenient location to visit Nara Park. Clean. No problem with water pressure or hot water. No staff on site but had no issue. An italian restaurant and a kissaten( coffee house) on the first floor.

壁掛け時計が１時間遅れだったので、机の上に置いて来ましたが、わかったでしょうか。お風呂の洗い場排水口が詰まっていたので、洗ってきました。チェックアウト時は鍵を机上に置くようにと書いてありましたが、鍵の存在は無いので、一瞬不安になりました。ホテルの位置は猿沢池横で、大変良い場所にあり、スタバやコンビニも充実ですね。

無人の宿泊施設になります。 建物に入る際は入口の扉でパスワード入力、部屋も入口の扉にてパスワード入力です。 猿沢池と五重の塔のそばにあり、ならまちで食事や観光をするなら最適だと思います。 ホテルでは食事はありませんし、無人なので何かあった際は電話等の対応になるので、それを理解した上で利用するとかなりコスパ良いのかなと。 お風呂もセパレートでゆっくり浸かれます。

荷物の預かりがないので、例えば隣のカフェに置いてもらえるようにするとか、コインロッカーを置くとか、何か対策をしてほしいです。　 ３時前に到着した大きなスーツケースを持った外人さんが困っていました。　 無人にするなら、入口のカウンターに直通電話を置いて話が出来るようにしておくことも必要かと思います。 初めての無人ホテルでしたが、やはり不安でした。 再訪するつもりはないです。
