The worse hostel I had live never

It's the most expensive hostel I live in Japan in my 10days trip , but the service and feeling is the worse one . Host service is so bad , no luggage store that's is so unconvinced ,and I feel hot cuz my bed is most inside and up bed one , I ask the host to turn air conditioning bigger , but he rejected me :( , I would live here again. It's so bad .
