Property was newer and very well kept. Room was clean and quiet, perfect for a short stay prior to catching our early morning outbound flight the next day. Hotel communication was excellent. We missed the free morning breakfast due to the time of our departure but the facility did offer a take away option. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get a taxi on short notice, and they responded immediately to our late-night challenge entering the room. We had four rooms, and three of us had trouble flushing the toilet, our hairdryer wasn’t hooked up, and the walls were very thin. I’m sure the staff would have been helpful for technical issues, but our stay was too rushed to report them. The property seemed very new - maybe still ironing out some bugs.

Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. The walls are paper, thin at least on the first floor, where we were we could hear everything. There were two packets of ear plugs provided in the room, which should’ve been an indication that light sleepers may want to request a high floor or stay elsewhere. The breakfast was generous and appeared sufficient and fresh. The drive to the center of Naples was about 15 to 20 minutes. Since we had a car we picked this property however do not expect a countryside agricultural tourism hotel property. This is located in a busy city center, but walking distance to cafés, large grocery stores and convenience, restaurants, etc so overall it worked out for us since we were driving through Naples otherwise we might seek a property closer to the center.

Nápoles es una ciudad increíble que no deja a nadie indiferente. Pero también puede ser muy intensa. Descansar a pocos km, en una zona con buena oferta de servicios y restaurantes y en un hotel recién inaugurado puede hacer el viaje mucho más placentero. El hotel está muy bien situado, su dueño es muy amable y con muchos detalles. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo. Nosotros viajando con niños estamos seguros que repetiríamos.
