The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem located in the perfect place in old town!! The rooms were spotless and well equipped. The views from the outdoor terrace were spectacular. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend staying here. The added bonus was the lift!!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Kiara went above and beyond to help us — she helped carry our bags, coordinated with our taxi driver, and even waited over 20 minutes for us while we were confused trying to find everything. The communication from the team was exellent to find the property and recommending places to eat and drink. The property is very central to bars and restaurants. The street outside is very busy and noisy but the apartments are set back in a courtyard via a lift or stairs on the 4th floor. The apartments are very quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. You will love or hate Naples. We loved it.💚

Located in the heart of the centre of town on a busy area with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are located on the top floor of an old building. The rooms themselves are immaculate and well kept. The only slight negative is that this floor is accessed by a small coin operated lift.

Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!
