The staff, Flavia is a sweetheart, very helpful and kind. She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around. Ana at the complementary breakfast is wonderful, ready to get us whatever we need, made me fresh eggs to order, very pleasant and kind. The room was amazing everything worked perfect, ice cold air and amazing bed, pillows and sheets. The bathroom has great water pressure, hand held shower faucet, and nice towels changed daily as well as our room cleaned without having to ask. The area is super safe, great central location, all in all an awesome place to stay, you won’t be disappointed, we will definitely be back. ❤️

The property is brand new so the rooms and the breakfast area are good. There is more work to do to make it perfect, but the new bedrooms are very nice. Anna was very helpful, breakfast was great, and the room temps were adequate.

Let's start with the positives: The location can't be beat if wanting to explore Naple's historic center. Plenty of restaurants and shops were close by. The beds were the softest in all of my two weeks touring of Italy. I prefer my rooms cooler and the a/c unit was excellent. Bell hop and breakfast staff were so nice. Breakfast was good! Receptionist was able to arrange airport transport very easily and quickly. The so-so("negatives"): The receptionist was a bit cold and indifferent. My room orientation was odd. I had to go up a narrow set up stairs after the elevator and an immediate step up when opening the room door. The bathroom orientation was also strange as it was long and narrow. There was a persistent musty/mildewy smell that did not get better after keeping the windows open. I saw most of the other rooms were in the regular hallways so perhaps those don't have these issues.

The property may seem dangerous from the outside because of the natural surroundings but behind the gates it's very safe and it is a unique hotel that starts on the third floor with a historic elevator that brings you up... the staff was tremendous ..Mauricio the night manager and everyone else there very accommodating. This is not a hotel

This apartment service with breakfast is listed at hotels.cim as a hotel with bar and restaurant - it has neither. Not even a reception or place to relax outside your room. The rooms are nice and fresh - and the location is prime. Breakfast was nice but very very crowded if more than two rooms should decide to eat at a time. We had chosen differently if we knew - but had a great stay.

Not good for my back and hard to carry luggage. The hotel still appeared to be in refurbishing stage. Was told it was a Very old palace. Location was good. Able to walk to what we wanted to see. Check other online searches for availability and room rate other than Expedia. I paid $40. More than my travel companions who booked thru bookings.com And they both had better accommodations My room was standard , they had junior suite.

Quick Stop In Napoli

This hotel service was excellent, breakfast was great, and the room was new and refreshing. This place is conveniently located in the middle of “downtown” Napoli. There are some drawbacks, the internet service is spotty and did not work many times… a huge inconvenience when we use our phones for maps, restaurants recommendations, booking taxis, etc. There’s also a $0.10 coin that is needed to go and down the elevator (which they provide for) that seems dated. Finally, our room’s main bed was in a loft. VERY inconvenient when having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night when half asleep and really difficult to do if one is an elderly person.

Great stay!

What a place! I was a bit hesitant due to the recent reviews but my husband and I booked it anyway as it looked like a very central location and we do not regret it at all! The building looks normal on the outside and you walk in and the interior is worn down like every building in Naples. Once we get to the floor where the hotel is located and I was in Awe! Beautiful dining area, clean rooms and friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. A lot of the major sites are walking distance and theres a delicious gelateria downstairs too!
