We received some very helpful instructions to locate the property and a wonderful welcome from Antonio when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were ideal and the washing machine and iron was a very welcome surprise. The property was also very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Amazing Find!

This apartment style hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a great view, bed and shower were super comfortable, and everything was clean and well-stocked. Antonio was friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with - he gave excellent directions, was very friendly and thorough with information about the stay, and proactive about any issues we may face (such as a battery dying in the remote). Will recommend this place to everyone staying in Naples!

Clean, safe and a great host

Antonio made this a wonderful experience. He contacted me when I made the reservation and was helpful answering all my questions. He sent pictures of the building and which door to come in. The apartment was modern had everything you needed and was very clean. It is a very safe building which made us feel comfortable. The view of the port is amazing. We ate at a very good restaurant that was just around the corner.

Relais Castel Nuovo is a great location, directly across the street from a metro station. There are many great restaurants nearby. Antonio is a wonderful host and is eager to help you with anything you need. He recommended many great restaurants and help with general navigating to our chosen destinations. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine! I can't recommend this stay enough. If we are ever in Napoli again, I will definitely stay here once more.

おすすめはしないです。チェックアウトがかなり早いのは理解できますが、荷物を預かってもらうのにお金がかかります。このような宿泊施設は初めてで驚きます。また、タオルは汚れており、部屋にあるアメニティや備品も十分ではなく快適とは言い難い。 そしてエレベーターを使うのにお金がかかるのを始めてみました。鍵も3個あり、管理人に謎のデモストレーションをさせられます。

Kjempeflott. Hadde en liten leilighet. Veldig grei, rent og praktisk. Ligger i et område med kort avstand til metro og sentrum. Eier oppfattes litt pågående i forkant, men han var veldig grei og informativ. Men snakker veldig fort. Og kom også med fantastiske anbefalinger. Spiste verdens beste pizza et steinkast fra hotellet, etter hans anbefaling.

スタッフのアントニオは、とても親切。宿泊の数日前から、交通手段や駐車場が必要か、到着時間を聞いてくれます。このホテルに宿泊するには、WHAT'S　UP　の使用がMUSTです。部屋は清潔で、毎日のメイドサービスもあり完璧。ただし、雑居ビルのなかのホテルなので、ビルの入り口・ホテルの入り口・部屋の入り口と3つの鍵が必要。フロント常駐ではないので、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも不可。荷物預けには、近くのホテル　マルコに荷物預かり所があるので安心ですけど。滞在中はキッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあり、快適に過ごせてよかったです。ありがとう、アントニオ！！
