Bathroom towel where dirty I complained first day second day I went to get more towels they had a yellow color to it . Also elevator was not working on Monday morning 9/1/25 I had to carry all my belongings and cooler down the stair . I made a report with office before I left will not stay here again also room and kitchen are floor was dirty .

Very dirty and bad service we had to cancel with no refund whatsoever.the room was dirty with dog hair and bad smell in bed and sofa bed it’s disgusting and outrageous that the management didn’t do anything to solve the issue clearly lack of cleanliness is the main problem 😏
