Overall the room was pretty good. The pool area was nice but pool towels were never stocked. In the kitchen there were few dishes, no cups or utensils. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. When staying for several days there is no turn down service or restocking of towels or toilet paper so you need to request that in the lobby. The area is quiet. Im not sure if this is a florida thing but the bath water was yellow tinted so make sure to emget bottled water.

The rooms are very run down, in need of updating the bathroom, the flooring, the locks on the door. supply hangars , and kleenex , it seems like a small request, but these things mean alot! The pool area was beautiful and the landscape around the pool beautiful. They should put more care into the rooms, just felt uncomfortable and not sure clean???

Room was clean and cool in temperature upon check in. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (not supportive, but comfortable). The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. Unfortunately there is very little ventilation in the bathroom (practically none) but I just left the bathroom door open and it didn’t make the room too hot/humid with the AC running. The mini fridge worked very well. I really liked that they had guest laundry on site that took card and tap to pay (same with the vending machines too). The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the other guests were friendly and respectful.
