The property is in a great location. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms seems kind of old and not well maintained. The breakfast was alright. They bring it to your room at the requested time. It is simple breakfast, yogurt, coffee, bread, juice. The staff were really nice. Air conditioning was strong so made the stay nice.

Staying here was ok. If you are taking a train into Naples, this is very close to the train station that will take you directly to the Napoli port and airport as well. However, the surrounding area felt very dangerous, sketchy, and smelly. Additionally, the owner didn’t seem very friendly. The hotel room walls are very thin, and I heard everything from guests screaming and hollering up till 4am. There isn’t any staff present after 1pm so it was hard checking in because the host didn’t give me the access code earlier when I requested. AC works fine, breakfast was yummy and brought to our room at the time requested. Overall, I wouldn’t come to Naples again, and if I had to, I would look at a different place.

This bed and breakfast is tucked inside a lovely building right on the square. Everything you need is right there - train, buses, metro, dining, shopping, and friendly Napoli locals. A true jewel in a bustling city of food and culture. I’d stay here again and again.

The room was clean, breakfast was brought to your room every morning, which was wonderful, and the staff was excellent very helpful. The unit was on the fourth floor. There was an elevator however, the elevator didn’t always work. We do have mobility issues and had to climb four flights of stairs to get up to the room. The bathroom is extremely tight. There was barely 1 foot between the commode and the sink you had to squeeze by sideways to get to the shower.The area surrounding the property is a little sketchy be cautious when going outside.

Fantastic

Very nice place close to train station. Large spacius room with French balcony to feel and follow city life. Breakfast by order brought to your room every day. Friendly staff. Walking distance to city life and attraction. Love to stay here again.

Great location as next to station and airport drop off. Great base for Naples and elsewhere as station next door. Little trouble getting late room entry details but once we did they were perfect. Great sized clean room, shower brilliant. Just a frosted glass window. Would recommend
