Tough to find initially, but well worth it. The rooms are modern and efficient. Chosen the night before, breakfast is delivered to your room. There are ample choices and variety. The area is close to the train station and central piazza, with all that entails. Personally, I had no problems, but I'm sure they can found easily enough. There does seem to be a sufficient police and military presence. On the hand, super easy to get to Pompeii and other places on the rail network. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not clean at all ! The bathroom shower had mold all over the floor edges and also around the window near the bed. bed was only a mattress on the floor very uncomfortable. I would like to get a full refund my wife did not even take a shower.

Comfortable/Great Location

Great location (across the street from the central train lines) and the bus to/from the airport. The location is very urban/gritty but felt totally safe. The accommodation is clean/comfortable. It is a very old building but has a lift. You choose what you want for breakfast and it is brought to your room. Good location to explore Naples and to catch the train for day trips.

The area around the property and around the Napoli central station was quite dirty. However, Re Diego was a pleasant. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are many great dining options around the B&B. It’s also a quick 2min walk from the train station.

Great place

At first thought it was a bit of a trek as I walked up the stairs but what a fantastic place the lady at reception was very nice and I was surprised that breakfast was served in the room it is centrally located.I would definitely recommend the place to anyone

It is on a very convenience location. The rooms are very spacious and very nice! The host Susy is super attentive and responsive. Breaksfast is very good, has so many options! WiFi works perfectly as well. Also the decoration on the common areas are very cute and has Maradona paints!

Amazing hotel

Google Best hotel from our trip to many places in Italy. While not perfect it was clean, close to Train Station (neighborhood is sketchy but that's not the hotel's fault). Breakfast was cool and the fact they bring it to you for free is amazing. The room was newly renovated, comfy bed l etc...

A well located gem

Only a short stop over for 1 night, well located for train station and city. A typical Italian accommodation, looks a bit run down outside but once inside very well kept and decorated. Breakfast was brought to your room - there was a good choice. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great for short stay but room quite small if staying for longer.

We had to lug our bags up 4 flights as elevator not available, a/c not working first night but quickly got fixed when we reported it. Convenient for trains, metro snd restaurants. Not the nicest neighborhood- but staff super nice.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of an oldbuilding. but the hotel rooms have been renovated and they look very modern. Complimentary breakfast is served in the room which was a perk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
